Carbonix Limited collects only the personal data needed to respond to enquiries and to administer this website.

What we collect

Enquiry forms collect name, organisation, country, email, telephone, enquiry type, message and consent. Newsletter sign-up collects an email address. Administration login collects an email address and stores a session cookie for authenticated staff.

How we use it

We use enquiry data to respond to you, keep a record of correspondence and, where SMTP is configured, send a confirmation. We do not sell personal data. We do not add marketing or advertising trackers without a defined purpose.

Legal basis

Enquiries are processed on the basis of your request and consent. Staff accounts are processed for the legitimate interest of operating the website.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to manage correspondence and accountability, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing the address published on the contact page. This notice will be updated when company registration details and a Data Protection contact are confirmed.
