Funding proposals are more useful when they start from local institutions, measurable results and a delivery plan that can be owned nationally.
Climate and development finance can support disaster resilience and environmental programmes, but only if concept notes and proposals are grounded in government processes, community participation and a realistic delivery model.
Carbonix’s role, where invited, is to help partners assemble the evidence, the partnership map and the monitoring arrangements that funders reasonably expect — without over-claiming results that have not yet been delivered.
